Welcome to the Working for Worcester Site Manager Training Course! In this course, you will learn everything you need to know to successfully manage a build day site for our organization. Throughout the course, you will be introduced to the ins and outs of Working for Worcester, including our mission and goals, our history and impact, and our expectations for site managers. You will learn about the various tasks that are involved in preparing for and executing a successful build day, including site templates, MOU's, tool request forms, and communication with volunteers. You will also receive important information about general site safety, including how to work on a construction site, how to lift heavy objects, and how to communicate safety policies to volunteers. In addition, we will cover emergency action planning and first aid procedures to ensure that you are prepared for any potential incidents. Finally, you will have the opportunity to review instructional videos on various construction tasks, as well as participate in quiz questions to test your understanding of the material. By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge and skills necessary to lead a successful build day site for Working for Worcester.
